About Our Sidmouth Pub
A Warm Welcome From David
The Bowd Inn is proudly run by David, who took on the Sidmouth pub in October 2025 with a clear goal – to create a welcoming spot for locals and visitors to enjoy great food, quality drinks and a friendly atmosphere. Having successfully turned around pubs before (The Heathfield Inn, Honiton and The Thirsty Farmer, Whimple), he was keen to bring his experience to The Bowd Inn and make it a place the Sidmouth community could be proud of.
Being from the local area, David knows what makes a great British pub. Whether you’re relaxing by the open fires, enjoying delicious food from our carvery or enjoying the beer garden, Sidmouth pub is a place to unwind and enjoy good company.
With a varied menu and a warm Devonshire welcome, David and the team look forward to seeing you soon at our Sidmouth pub!
